Local Businesses and Attractions
euroHere in the village we have a petrol station, Euro diesel and Euro petrol also motor oil and kerosene. Two local convienience shops one that sells hardware. We have a bakery, and two restaurants in the village one with 13 cabins up on the hill. One small clothing boutique for children and women. A men's barber, two local coffee shops. One mosque and four disused churches. One of the churches has been restored and renovated by the UNDP and access is available. There is also a restored family mill which illustrates mudbrick restoration and donkey powered grinding stone funded by USAID.
There is a children's park with life sized statues of local radio personalities (Kemal Tunç) from the 1960s, who used to live in the village.
There is an olive mill but it only works in season (October - December). We have our own primary school and two specially made mudbrick bustops.
